Confession

“Oh…..um…..you aren’t mad?”

“What?”

Lily refused to let me go, so her soft voice was right next to my ear.

“I was attending a get together like that. But I swear it’s a misunderstanding.”

I heard a small chuckle escape from Lily’s lips. Her hands slowly started to creep up my back as she answered me.

“Of course I know. I assume someone tricked you into going there? It is true you were there next to Ronaldo when I stormed inside. But did you think I would see that and assume you were just like everyone else there? I would hope you wouldn’t think so low of me.”

I didn’t need to explain. Lily was able to figure everything out from the beginning.

“T…..Thank you.”

“What are you thanking me for?”

Lily’s voice got stronger. It’s been a moment since I’ve been punished, and a hot sigh passed through my lips in anticipation.

“Because you saved me…..and you’ll protect me from now on……”

I let my own hand crawl along Lily’s back as if to guide my own punishment.

“Only at night. There are things I must do during the day, so you will need to take care of yourself.”

“Only…..at night?”

“Yes. You understand what I am saying yes?”

Lily’s hand continued to move further down my back while silently whispering in my ear. She’s saying then, if I’m not misunderstanding anything, that she used this situation as an opportunity to get me in the same room as her?

My mind racing with the possibilities of what the following nights will consist of, I closed my eyes and entrusted my body over to Lily who at this point had her hands firmly on my butt. Lily then took a step away.

“Not yet. You need to be cleansed first. Tell me, what did that man do to you?”

“Eh…..um…..he grabbed my neck and then slapped my cheek and ear.”

“Oh? It doesn’t look like you enjoyed it though. So? Did it feel good?”

I was caught in Lily’s large eyes. Even though Lily was standing right in front of me, the me reflected in those eyes showed only disgust.

Just remembering what happened tonight gives me goosebumps. It was nothing but terrifying. I didn’t feel the slightest bit of pleasure from being hit.

“Not at all. I was scared, and I want to erase all of it from my memory as soon as possible.”

“That’s a nice look. I can’t erase your memories, but I can overwrite them for you.”

With those words, Lily gently pushed me against the wall, and her small face slowly drew close.

“First, the cheek and ear.”

Lily’s tongue traced the side of my cheek. The tip of her tongue wavered at first, but gradually she grew bolder. She moved around, eventually marking the entire surface of my left cheek. I never felt uncomfortable since Lily was the one doing it. But, since it’s my cheek, it didn’t feel good or anything.

Once she was finished, Lily moved on to my ear. She was getting better with her tongue, each movement filled with confidence. The sound was so loud, each lick ringing right into my ear. I think she’s being noisier on purpose to get a bigger reaction. I don’t know how she figured out my ears are a weak point for me, but her hot breath alone was making me go weak in the knees.

“It’s all right. Don’t feel like you have to hold back. I tried screaming once when I was by myself, and there were no responses from the girls next door.”

Imagining Lily screaming her head off on her own made me want to laugh. Even if these rooms aren’t soundproof, it would be hard for anyone to complain when Lily is the one causing a racket.

It was an unreliable invitation, but I decided to take it. When I stopped holding back my voice, my ear became even more sensitive.

“Your voice is surprisingly reserved.”

“J-…Just wait and see”

“I will. Then let’s continue”

Lily’s tongue came down from my ear and moved to my neck. It seems she intends to lick every part of me that Ronaldo touched. I shudder to imagine what would have happened if I had told her my entire body was groped.

During all of this, Lily’s hands kept moving between rubbing my back and my chest. Today’s Lily is different from usual. It crossed my mind that Lily intended to take things to the very end tonight. And I realized I was fine with that. If it is Lily, I can give everything of mine away with peace of mind.

However after carefully finishing up with my neck, Lily let me go.

“Ah….um…..more…..”

“Was there somewhere else you were touched?”

“N-….No. No, but…..I…..please, take me”

Lily rolled her eyes. Isn’t it unfair to tease me like that after teasing me this much? I don’t understand the goal behind this play, and it’s starting to irritate me.

“To take…”

“I will give you everything I have. My body and my mind.”

“And what do you want in return? My heart?”

If we’re talking on desire, then yeah, I do want that. But when I silently nodded, Lily’s face looked troubled.

“That’s impossible. Just to begin with, we’re both women you realize? It would be impossible for a love between us to work.”

I-I feel like someone just used a hammer to take off my head. I assumed Lily would accept me. There are no walls between us. Yes, the way we got to know each other is far from ordinary, but in the end, that doesn’t matter. I just assumed we…..and I…..I was wrong?

“I….I don’t understand what you mean! Then what have we been doing all this time!? Hugging each other while naked, and k-…. kissing!”

Lily held her head and sighed.

“Because you are my property. A pet. I’d be in trouble if you took these things seriously.”

“A…. A pet?”

“Yes. Apparently there are prodigal aristocrats who have dogs to lick that for them. I hear they use butter to enhance the whole experience. You are the equivalent to that.”

“Then why did you save me? It’s not just tonight. You’re always bringing me in aren’t you?”

“Because I decided to make you my pet from the beginning. Isn’t that obvious?”

“That…. That’s….”

At some point, large tears were running down my cheeks and dripping down my chin without me realizing. When I did notice, it suddenly became impossible for me to speak or even stand. I couldn’t control my voice, and soon, I started crying out loud.

I thought it was all because of her kindness and affection. Even though we’ve only known each other for a short time, I thought we knew each other and understood each other. But I was turned away.

“Wai-….Quiet down before someone next door hears you!”

Lily hurriedly tried to cover my mouth, but I shoved her away. It’s the first time I’ve felt this strong before. Lily fell over and landed on her butt.

“Just now…. Don’t hold back because nobody can hear you…. you said that!”

“I was lying. It was just a way to humiliate you.”

“Lily-san…. you are a liar!”

Lily sighed and hugged me just like she did when I first entered the room.

“I’ll make our relationship clear. We may be friends, but we are certainly not lovers. This is a relationship meant to make us feel good. I can’t give you anything more than that, even if you ask.”

“That…. you can’t know that until you try!”

“I don’t like children who don’t listen.”

LIly’s cold voice bit into me. She pushed me away, walked over, and picked up a sword leaning against her desk. When she drew it out of its scabbard, she pointed the tip of the blade towards me.

“How is it? Are you scared?”

My eye caught the tip of the blade. It reflected a bright silver color just like Lily’s hair. If she were to plunge that thing forward, it would easily dig itself into my body.

“I’m not scared.”

As soon as I said that, the tip of the blade came shooting forward. It stopped before cutting me, but just a little more, and it would have pierced my cheek. As expected, the shock shook my heart.

“I wonder about that”

“You just surprised me.”

“That’s right. And when you are surprised, you heart begins to beat faster, does it not? The same thing happens when one is put in any form of extreme situation. Tonight, you were about to be raped in Ronaldo’s mansion, so of course you weren’t thinking straight. And that is when I dashingly appeared. It isn’t strange at all that you would mistake those feelings for love.”

So my feelings are temporary. She’s trying to say I’m delusional.

“Lily-san…. have you ever been in love before?”

I noticed the tip of the blade tremble. Proof I’ve hit a nerve.

“We are talking about you right now, not me.”

After putting the sword away, Lily ignored me in my seat on the floor and left the room.

She was gone for only a couple of minutes. I could hear someone out in the hallway, so she must have left to get them. Ran moved in view, standing in the room’s entrance.

“Liffy-san. I have already talked about it with Ran-san. You will be staying in her room tonight.”

I’m being kicked out. Well, I suppose it’s only natural for a pet to be thrown out after it has bitten its owner. I grabbed the luggage I had carried from my room and walked out.

Ran tried striking up a conversation with me as we walked down the hall. My face was so lifeless that she must have guessed something was wrong.

However as soon as I entered Ran’s room, I set my luggage in one corner and fell face first into the free bed.

Ran must have felt incredibly awkward about the whole thing because she wasn’t saying anything else. That’s when in the quiet room, we heard the faint sound of someone screaming.

“So noisy. Who the hell is that at this time of night?”

Ran muttered her thoughts aloud as she dove into her own bed.

That voice somehow resembled Lily’s. Forget the room next door, you can hear it from Ran’s room several doors away. I eventually managed to fall asleep wondering what that meant.
